I had this item on my wish list. It was given to me as a gift. I wouldn't have kept it as I don't care for the yellowed hue of the lacquer box that doesn't quite close. (Note: the box is made in China) The knives are very sharp and have a are comfortable in my hand. Would have loved this item if it had been truly white.
