The chair looked liked it would be really great but I never got it together since the hardware was missing. :( . I called and the customer service was nice enough. They even arranged for shipping so I didn't have to go to a shipper with the big box. However, they didn't have anymore chairs from Amazon, (I have Amazon Prime) and I almost bought from another vendor but I decided to wait. They have more now so I just reordered another. We'll see if this one is complete. cross your fingers!

UPDATE:
So it turns out the hardware was not missing. When I received the 2nd chair, I didn't have hardware again so I knew something was off. They were in an odd place. Most of the screws have to be unscrewed from the underside of of the seat cushion of the chair. Not very clear in the description. It also says not tools needed in the description but you need a phillips screwdriver and some elbow grease. All in all, it's a comfortable chair for the money.
