I bought 4 of these to use around my new bar. They are very comfortable and sturdy, and they look great. They were quite easy to put together too. If you are a super nit-picker, you can sweat some small things: some of the "leather" covers that slide onto the arm rests have imperfections in the stitching on the ends, and some are a bit tight to get on; and one of the stools did have a spot smaller than the size of a thumb tack head that had scratches from some other metal piece rubbing against it during shipment. But not one of the many guests that have sat in them have ever noticed any of these little things (I know because I put them together), and everyone compliments their looks and their comfort.
