The only reason I gave this 5 stars is that I could not give it 10 stars. I love this machine. Now I drink perfect cappuccino every day.
I've had other espresso/cappuccino machines in the past. But it was such a hassle. Packing the coffee properly, and then the mess of getting the used coffee puck out of the machine. My De'Longhi machine had a hard time frothing the milk properly. Then everything had to be cleaned or the milk would clog up the milk frother. A lot of work to make and clean up for a so-so cappuccino.
Then I got the Nespresso. C91. Just fill the reservoir with water, drop in a capsule and out comes perfect espresso. I put 2% milk in the Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother using the the attachment that looks like a little spring. Out comes warmed perfect froth. The froth is very fine as it should be, unlike my De'Longhi frother which made mostly course froth that would collapse after a short period of time.
Clean up is less than 2 minutes. Which means I pull this out anytime I feel like having a cappuccino.
Two hints: 1. Follow the instructions to prime the machine the 1st time. 2. The capsules are cheaper on the Nespresso site.
