I borrowed one of these from a neighbor, when he needed it back I bought my own. I'm a big guy (290 lbs) and this ladder was solid even when I stood on the top step. Folds up easily with one motion as the top step and tray are linked to the legs. Once folded the handle on the side locks the legs together and is positioned so it can be carried like a briefcase. The tray is large enought to hold a gallon of paint with several small recesses around the edges to hold screws, small tools, etc. Painting out of a can was kind of akward, didn't try it with a roller tray. The underside has a paper towel roll holder and two sliding drawers for small parts. Top hand hold has holes to hang screwdrivers in as well as a couple more recesses for loose screws or tools. The bottom 2 steps are wider than the rungs on a regular ladder and can comfortably be stood on. All around a well thought out step ladder.
