These pans are well made, but their ability to spread heat is not as good as it could be. When used on a stand-alone induction unit (most of which have small +- 4" coils), the heat does not spread to the rest of the pan as well as expected. More of an issue on the 11", the 9" does better because it is smaller.

I have not had the pans long enough to comment on durability.
