After reading the extremely positives reviews on this page I dared to buy 2 of these mattresses. They came compressed and in a box. Unwrapping the mattress and seeing how it inflates was the fun part. But the fun was over once I sat on it and later lay down on it, immediately I was able to hear the cracking or popping sound of the coils. I could also slightly feel them. The mattress is semi-firm but requires more plush between the surface and the coils. I bought these mattresses at $131 each two weeks ago and I see it is now $102. I would recommend this "noisy" mattress only if the price was $80. I believe I overpaid. Glad they will not be our permanent mattresses.
