Futon is thick and a good size.
Packaging it came it was compromised (large hole) and there was dirt all over mattress as a result.
If these mattresses are supposed to ship cross-country, they should be in better packaging so as not to result in damage and contamination that would render them useless. Using the standard plastic that all mattresses ship in is not enough for a cross-country journey. Even one more layer of some sort of protection would have been better.
