The recline resistance can be adjusted with a turn of the tension knob on the bottom of the seat. Smooth rolling multi-surface dual wheel casters provide easy access to your surrounding work area. The fabric is lovely, very soft. The chair was easy to put together. It is very comfortable, attractive. My only complaint is the arms are not adjustable and are a little too high for my elbows. I am 5'4", chair would fit a larger person better.
